Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese

This amazingly cheesy and creamy mac-n-cheese gets a little spicy kick from our Petite Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies. The best part is you don't have to “cook” a thing! Pop all of the ingredients into your slow cooker and set on low for a truly satisfying pasta dish everyone will love!


2 cups macaroni, or pasta of choice, uncooked
3 tablespoons butter
8 ounces processed American cheese, cubed
8 ounces low fat cream cheese, cubed
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
1 (14.5 ounce) can Redpack® Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained


  • Place the uncooked pasta in the bottom of a 3.5-qt. crock pot that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Add the remaining ingredients, except petite diced tomatoes, to the crock pot and stir until well combined. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
  • Just before serving add petite diced tomatoes; stir to combine.
